To provide support and shared community<\/strong> for families and friends of traffic crash victims (including pedestrians, cyclists, drivers, and others on our roadways); <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To help share stories<\/strong> of the lives of those lost in preventable traffic crashes;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are… grieving family members<\/strong> con una preocupaci\u00f3n compartida por los seres queridos perdidos en colisiones de tr\u00e1fico. En primer lugar, nuestro objetivo es brindar apoyo y recursos a familiares y amigos de seres queridos perdidos en colisiones de tr\u00e1fico, formando un sistema de apoyo, para que los familiares y amigos de las v\u00edctimas sepan que no est\u00e1n solos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are… parents and neighbors, sisters and brothers, sons and daughters, friends, teachers, and community members,<\/strong> todos comprometidos a realizar un sistema de transporte compartido m\u00e1s seguro en el condado de Montgomery, ya sea que una persona conduzca, camine, ruede, ande en bicicleta o use un scooter; si el modo de transporte es a propulsi\u00f3n humana o motorizada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We believe… that traffic crashes are preventable<\/strong>y, como tal, estamos comprometidos a aprender lecciones de los choques fatales para comprender c\u00f3mo prevenirlos en el futuro. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trabajamos juntos...<\/strong>… to transform these stories of preventable tragedy into actionable advocacy efforts, to ensure the streets are safer for all.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ride for Your Life 2024 is a\u00a010-mile slow ride and separate one-mile\u00a0walk\u00a0to the Lincoln Memorial that will send a clear message about roadway safety to our leaders as a new Congress and presidential administration takes shape. The more people show up, the more attention we will get, and the safer the roads will become.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
